Two Palm Beach County Adults Arrested in Alleged Lewd Crimes Involving Someone Under the Age of 14

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (April 15, 2026) — Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Yariannys Carrillo Perez and Camilo Rodriguez Hernandez — identified as former spouses — on felony charges of lewd and lascivious battery and exhibition involving someone under 14.
The case was opened after the victim’s mother found videos on her daughter’s phone showing the two adults engaged in relations.
Victim’s Account
The victim told investigators Yariannys Carrillo Perez, whom she viewed as a “trusted adult” and aunt of a friend, picked her up for the gym in 2025. Instead, Perez drove her to a Publix parking lot, bought her adult beverages, and the victim began consuming them. Camilo Rodriguez Hernandez arrived, and the three went to a hotel near Southern Boulevard and Haverhill Road in West Palm Beach. The victim said she consumed more adult beverages and became intoxicated. She described watching the adults have relations, then being taken by Hernandez who assaulted her. The victim said she was scared and eventually told them to stop. Perez reportedly instructed the victim to record the encounter on her phone.
Evidence Recovered
Deputies obtained consent to search the victim’s phone and recovered photos showing the two adults engaged in relations in a hotel room. One photo showed Perez taking a mirror selfie in the bathroom with the others visible in the background. The victim positively identified both suspects in photo lineups on March 2, 2026.
Suspects’ Statements
Both adults were interviewed April 14, 2026, after being read their Miranda rights. Hernandez initially denied contact with the victim but later acknowledged the photos showed him and Perez. Perez admitted being at the hotel with her ex-spouse and the victim but claimed the victim was in the bathroom during their relations.
Charges Each Suspect Faces:
- One count of Lewd or Lascivious Battery (F.S. 800.04(4)(a)(1)), a second-degree felony, for relations with someone under 14.
- One count of Lewd or Lascivious Exhibition (F.S. 800.04(7)(b)) for committing adult acts in a chld’s presence.
Both were booked into the Palm Beach County Jail on April 14 under case number 26027799. They are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
