A Palm Beach County judge has sentenced Johnny William Aleman, 40, of West Palm Beach, to 10 years in Florida State Prison followed by 5 years of probation after convictions on 30 counts involving illegal explicit images. Court records show Aleman was also awarded 86 days of credit for time already served in custody.
According to investigators with the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office, the case began after detectives received information indicating that illegal explicit images were allegedly being shared through an internet connection associated with a West Palm Beach residence. Detectives launched an extensive investigation that included the review of electronic evidence, surveillance activities, subpoenaed records, and the execution of a residential search warrant.
During the investigation, law enforcement officers seized multiple electronic devices for forensic examination. Investigators reported that evidence recovered from those devices allegedly contained numerous illegal explicit images Authorities stated that the devices were linked to Aleman and that evidence collected during the investigation formed the basis for the criminal charges filed in the case.
Following the investigation, Aleman was charged with 30 counts related to the possession of illegal explicit images. Prosecutors pursued the case through the court system, ultimately resulting in convictions on all 30 counts.
Court records show that on June 25, 2026, Aleman was sentenced on all 30 counts. The sentence includes 10 years in Florida State Prison followed by 5 years of probation, along with credit for 86 days already served while the case was pending.
