Palm Beach County Arrest & Investigation Update: Stuart woman accused of trafficking intellectually disabled adult in Boca Raton

What happened: A Stuart woman was taken into custody on human trafficking charges after Boca Raton police said she arranged for an intellectually disabled adult to be taken to a studio twice for the production of S3xual-fetish content.

Background: Charlie Pardieck, 51, was charged with human trafficking for commercial S3xual activity involving a "mentally defective" adult and using a two-way communication device to facilitate a felony. Her bond was set at $15,000.

The investigation grew from a separate human-trafficking case involving Maximiliano Buitrago, whom police identified as Pardieck’s co-defendant. Pardieck arranged and transported the VIC to Buitrago’s Boca Raton studio on July 14 and July 22, 2025, then left her alone with him.

Investigators said the meetings were intended to create content for others’ S3xual gratification and financial gain. Authorities said TextFree messages between Pardieck and Buitrago discussed S3xual-fetish content, finding women to participate and Pardieck’s need for money.

The affidavit alleges Buitrago discussed paying Pardieck $400 upfront for bringing the VIC to the studio. Pardieck told investigators she met Buitrago through Craigslist while looking for quick-paying work because she was behind on her mortgage, according to the affidavit.

She acknowledged arranging the two meetings and said she knew he planned to photograph or record the VIC’s feet for a website.
