What happened: Newly released bodycam footage shows the moments after a small twin-engine plane made an emergency landing in the ocean off Boca Raton Saturday.
Background: The footage captures first responders arriving near South Beach Park, where the aircraft came down just offshore. The pilot, 23-year-old Faith Tenkley, was the only person aboard and escaped unharmed.
She was taken to a hospital as a precaution. The plane was pulled from the water Sunday and moved to a parking lot at Silver Palm Park, where crews spent the day dismantling it.
