What happened: A woman is being accused of participating in a drive-by sh00ting in Wellington, according to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office.

Background: PBSO says that Jillian Janae Guervil, 29, is accused of participating in a drive-by sh00ting targeting a Wellington residence on Oct. Investigators say she was driving a light pink Mercedes while her passenger fired three shots.

The affidavit says that the dispute began when Guervil attempted to drop off chldren at the residence, but disagreements on certain arraignments for the chldren began. Guervil then followed the VICS toward a Walgreens near Wellington Trace and Forest Hill Boulevard.

Later, surveillance footage shows the Mercedes driven by Guervil returning to the neighborhood at around 10 p.m. Three gunshots were then fired towards the home from the passenger seat, striking the home’s garage, and a parked Range Rover outside.

Additionally, texts between one of the VICS inside of the residence and Guervil suggest that Guervil thought about firing additional shots. Following an arrest warrant being carried out, Guervil is now being charged with discharging a firearm from a vehicle, sh00ting into a dwelling or building, and criminal mischief, damage exceeding $1,000.
